Love Story: When you date someone you tell them your stories and they tell you their stories. Because of which both of you get connected with each other!
Brand: Every brand, founders share their own story which help people relate with them.
2. To Retain Those Customers.
Love Story: You need to care, give gifts, compliments and add some value in their life, make them feel special in order to make them stay with you.
Brand: We give offers, special discounts for those customers in order to make them stay with us, make them feel special
3. Word Of Mouth,
Love Story: People start telling their friends, parents once they start loving you a lot and are serious about getting into long term relationship
Brand: Similarly once people find your product, service solving their problem or when it relates with them then they start loving it and keep sharing about it with their friends and family!
4. Why Clients Go To Competitors?
Love Story: Because Expectations are not met or they want to try more options before getting serious
Brand: Before buying your product they keep researching about different prices. Also the quality of service, product you used to have before now got reduced
5. Why Clients Come Back?
Love Story: They are unable to find anyone who can give them love, care as you do
Brand: They only find value in your product, you transform your services/products with more higher quality
6. Feedback,
Love Story: They say you need to improve this aspect or spend more time with them.
Brand: Customer says improve this, create this, increase your prize, etc. And if you don’t fix it your clients go to your competitor or you lose a client
In short learn to love your customer and rest all will fall into place!
